About the Opportunity

Innovative Specialty Coffee is seeking Fresh Business Graduates to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for motivated individuals eager to commence their professional careers and gain practical experience within a dynamic business environment. Candidates with a background in Business Administration or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Role Purpose and Development

This role provides practical exposure to various business functions, enabling graduates to develop essential skills for future career progression. Individuals will have the opportunity to contribute across areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations, fostering a comprehensive understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and departmental activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, customers, and business partners.
• Support Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Operations activities as required.
• Assist in analyzing business data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
• Participate in meetings and follow up on assigned tasks and action items.
• Support customer inquiries and maintain professional business relationships.
• Contribute to achieving departmental and company objectives.
• Perform other business-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS, Supply Chain, or a related business field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
