About the Business Development/Category Management Graduate Role

Trendyol Group is seeking a Business Development/Category Management Graduate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will support the team in engaging potential sellers through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and field visits, aiming to build interest in joining the platform. This position offers hands-on experience in pitching, utilizing CRM tools, and managing follow-up processes to ensure smooth seller onboarding. Graduates will work closely with the sales team and contribute ideas to enhance strategies for expanding the seller network.

Key Responsibilities

• Immerse in Trendyol’s culture and operational procedures.
• Provide support to sellers with onboarding tasks, including order processing, reporting, and listing management.
• Facilitate selection expansion by assisting sellers in completing listing templates.
• Monitor daily sales performance and end-to-end supply chain operations, covering deliveries and returns.
• Deliver weekly performance feedback to sellers to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this graduate position are required to be Saudi Nationals. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business development or category management principles.
