About Beanz

Beanz operates as a coffee technology platform, connecting coffee enthusiasts with specialty coffee shops. The company currently maintains a presence across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain, collaborating with over 3,000 coffee shops to deliver pre-ordering, loyalty, and digital experiences for customers. This platform also supports the growth of local cafés. Beanz is now expanding its operations into Saudi Arabia.

The Beanz Graduate Program in Sales

Beanz is launching its Graduate Program in Sales, a structured, hands-on initiative designed for recent graduates seeking to develop a career in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. Participants will assume direct ownership of partnership targets from the start, receive structured training, and benefit from mentorship provided by senior team members, with the aim of progressing into a permanent Sales & Partnerships role.

Key Responsibilities

Support the identification and onboarding of new specialty coffee shops and cafés onto the Beanz platform.
Learn to build and manage relationships with café owners and key decision-makers under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in presenting Beanz's value proposition and tailored partnership proposals to prospective partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless partner onboarding and activation processes.
Track and report on pipeline activity and partner performance metrics.
Participate in structured training sessions and regular mentorship check-ins throughout the program duration.
