About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the SAPL Program Controls team. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and will support major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
Conceptualize visuals based on established requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to stakeholders.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic designs using appropriate software.
Select and apply appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Amend designs based on feedback received.
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
Create a range of documents including, but not limited to, design reports, status reports, monthly/weekly reports, PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and bidding documents.
Work on diverse projects and media, utilizing various software programs to visualize and develop graphic designs that meet business objectives.
Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, accurately express ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
Collaborate effectively with project teams and work independently to meet deadlines.
Examine existing design processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance design capabilities.
Establish new processes and standards for graphic design tasks.
Update and maintain internal databases related to graphic design tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a related graphic design field.
Demonstrated experience in the creation of engineering or project management documents and reports.
