About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to proactively offer a wide range of services and guidance to guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel functioning.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Provide information on local area events and highlights.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
• Respect confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, and moving objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• No related work experience is required (0-1 years experience).
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
