About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join the team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to deliver a wide range of services and take initiative to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

Processing operational needs efficiently.
Addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
Completing necessary reports accurately.
Sharing highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensuring transactions are integrated smoothly into the overall guest experience.

Success in this role requires adherence to several critical standards, including maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality, protecting company assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. The role involves physical activity such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and taking a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
