About Jumeirah Jabal Omar

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah is located minutes from Masjid Al Haram, offering comfort and Arabian hospitality. The hotel, spread across four towers, includes various dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, an executive lounge, and meeting spaces. Guests can experience views of the Grand Mosque and a culinary selection spanning Mediterranean, Persian, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and assist guests in accordance with Jumeirah Brand Standards.
• Remain observant and respond to guests approaching the Hotel entrance and guest relations desk.
• Ensure all guests are escorted to their room/suite/Gold lounge, and a full hotel tour is conducted.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly, courteously, professionally, and to the guests' satisfaction.
• Alert the Guest Relation Supervisor/Manager, a senior member of Front Office Management, or the relevant Department to any problems that may occur during a shift.
• Maintain knowledge of all room types and rates, as well as the hotel’s features and facilities.
