About KBR and the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to join its team in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), a division known for providing holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. KBR STS offers world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Role Overview

The HR Supervisor will play a central role in ensuring the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the HR department. This position involves extensive coordination with various departments and external vendors, focusing on logistics, resource management, and compliance with safety and company standards. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Manage service requests with various vendors, including transport companies, housing providers, and relocation services.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies for both HR and general office needs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
  • Ensure a smooth interface and effective communication between HR, administration, and operational departments.
  • Maintain confidential handling of all personnel and company information.
  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
  • Encourage and facilitate the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and acts.
  • Participate actively in Safety audits.
  • Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.
  • Provide support for company events, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Handle insurance-related tasks and inquiries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday.
  • Well-organized and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, particularly within large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment when operating under pressure and a strong ability to resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to achieve business results while working within a multi-cultural environment.
