Inventory pharmacist

About the Role

Evercare is seeking an Inventory Pharmacist to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for managing pharmaceutical and medical supply inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, categorize, and properly store incoming shipments of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and IV solutions.
• Regularly track expiration dates and implement effective stock rotation principles, such as First Expiry, First Out (FEFO).
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to fulfill daily product requests and prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure strict adherence to SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and MOH regulations regarding temperature, humidity, and safety controls within the medical store.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts (audits) and reconcile any discrepancies with the electronic inventory system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records of all issued and received medical items.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Familiarity with SFDA and MOH regulations is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, where the Inventory Pharmacist will work closely with clinical and nursing teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
