The Lawyer Role

The Lawyer will provide legal consultation and representation to clients, managing a range of cases and matters within corporate, commercial, and individual legal domains. This role is integral to the firm's commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and requires a professional dedicated to upholding legal standards and client interests.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contracts and various legal documents.
Preparing comprehensive strategies for legal cases.
Conducting thorough legal research to support case development.
Ensuring full compliance with relevant Saudi laws and regulations.
Attending client meetings to provide advice and gather information.
Negotiating on behalf of clients in diverse legal contexts.
Representing clients before courts and governmental authorities as required.
Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver integrated legal services.
Maintaining accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
0-1 years of previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Experience with complex commercial or litigation matters is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence at the firm's offices to ensure effective collaboration with the legal team and direct engagement with clients.
