About the Role

Concept Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join its team in Makkah, serving clients across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects spanning creative, digital marketing, and event management.

Role Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will serve as a central figure in managing the lifecycle of various marketing initiatives. This role requires a professional capable of effectively balancing client expectations with internal team coordination, adhering to project deadlines and budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable project briefs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and approval processes.
• Coordinate effectively with creative, content, production, social media, and media-buying teams.
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, potential risks, and deadlines.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts.
• Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or project management.
• Previous experience within a marketing, advertising, creative, or events agency is strongly preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering clients in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic agency environment focused on delivering integrated marketing solutions.
