About the Role

Concept Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join its team in Makkah, serving clients across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects spanning creative, digital marketing, and event management.

Role Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will serve as a central figure in managing the lifecycle of various marketing initiatives. This role requires a professional capable of effectively balancing client expectations with internal team coordination, adhering to project deadlines and budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Translate client objectives into clear, actionable project briefs.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and approval processes.
Coordinate effectively with creative, content, production, social media, and media-buying teams.
Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Monitor project scope, budgets, potential risks, and deadlines.
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and comprehensive project documentation.
Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts.
Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or project management.
Previous experience within a marketing, advertising, creative, or events agency is strongly preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering clients in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic agency environment focused on delivering integrated marketing solutions.
