Role Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives for property listings. This includes publishing advertisements, crafting engaging content, and managing visual materials for various properties. The position requires a focus on detail and the capability to operate across multiple marketing platforms to maximize property exposure.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and publish real estate advertisements daily across various digital platforms.
• Write clear and appealing content for property listings to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Utilize platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter for posting listings and updates.
• Organize and manage visual materials, including photos and videos, to support each listing's online presence.
• Ensure all property listings are consistently updated and published with current and accurate information.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional Level: Beginner, suitable for new graduates or individuals starting their career in the field (0-1 years of experience).
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
• Strong capability to meet established deadlines.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for this role includes a Fixed Monthly Bonus, supplemented by Performance-Based Bonuses.
