About Belladiva and the Role

Belladiva is seeking an experienced Media Buyer, Supplements & Cosmetics, to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our digital advertising efforts, focusing on developing and executing paid advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting SEO initiatives to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Administer advertising budgets effectively to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
Conduct A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign scaling to enhance overall performance.
Analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations for improved results and sales.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
Support SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic search performance.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous growth and optimization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in SEO and search optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to manage advertising budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable sales results.
Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is highly preferred.

Work Environment and Preferred Experience

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates with previous media buying experience in the Supplements, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Skincare industries.
