About the Role

Accelerec, a leading medical equipment company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join its expanding team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within the healthcare sector.

Role Context

The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven sales background and a strong understanding of microbiological testing to effectively represent and support the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, laboratory managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Effectively present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, with a specific focus on bacterial testing, microbiological testing, QC labs, endotoxin testing, and sterility testing.
Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to customers to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive product adoption.
Manage sales pipelines, accurately forecast sales, and report on sales activities and performance metrics in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry.
A strong background in microbiological testing.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role, requiring presence and activity across the Jeddah and Makkah regions of Saudi Arabia. The position involves working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic sales environment.
