About the Role

Renovia Care is seeking a highly experienced Performance Manager to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on the strategic management and scaling of paid advertising campaigns across the company's e-commerce brands.

Position Summary

The Performance Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and scalable growth through various digital advertising channels. The role demands strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms and a clear focus on performance metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), customer acquisition cost, and overall revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets across multiple e-commerce brands.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and revenue.
Develop and execute prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
Scale profitable campaigns effectively while maintaining target acquisition costs.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the creative team, providing clear direction on top-performing creatives, hooks, formats, and concepts.
Monitor competitor activities, advertising trends, and new opportunities across digital platforms.
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all advertising channels.
Manage pixels, tracking events, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform conversion tracking setups.
Identify and address potential issues in the customer journey, landing pages, or checkout process that may negatively impact advertising performance.
Support the growth strategies of multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
Experience managing significant e-commerce advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data thoroughly and make rapid, performance-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and how creative performance influences paid media results.

Candidate Profile and Preferred Skills

Experience with Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
Experience in the Saudi Arabian / GCC e-commerce market is highly preferred.
Experience with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or FMCG brands is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and organized, comfortable managing multiple brands and advertising platforms simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong ownership of advertising performance, with the ability to understand metrics, identify effective strategies, discontinue underperforming ones, and continuously seek opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
