PESO Activation Manager

About the Role

Mars is seeking a PESO Activation Manager to join its team in the Makkah region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading multi-channel activations and managing social content ecosystems to align with brand and regional priorities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social content ecosystems, including content planning, user-generated content (UGC), community engagement, and issue escalation, with a clear understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion, to refine activations and inform future planning.
• Plan and execute multi-channel activations, encompassing experiential, sampling, and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with and influence key stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality, impactful, and locally relevant campaigns that align with brand and regional priorities.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience managing social content ecosystems, including content planning, UGC, community engagement, and issue escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (*, ROI, engagement, conversion) using data.
• Experience in planning and executing multi-channel activations (including experiential, sampling, and digital).
• Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders and partners.
• Experience leading in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong relational intelligence and the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders, influence without authority, and hold others accountable.
