Role Overview

HungerStation is seeking a PL Territory Lead West to join its team in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring service excellence within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing logistics services and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new 3PL companies to meet business demands and monitor their KPIs and performance.
• Provide operational support to 3PL companies, addressing issues and obstacles.
• Manage 3PL invoices and payment releases.
• Drive efficient operations and service excellence, balancing supply and demand.
• Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements and optimize 3PL SLA processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics services.
• Ensure stakeholder readiness for changes through training, workshops, and communications.
• Review change issues and recommend initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a representative with local and international stakeholders.
• Lead and guide project management teams, ensuring projects meet parameters (cost, timelines, scope, quality).
• Lead growth initiatives, aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.
• Ensure documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor daily practices to guarantee adherence to mandatory policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Participate in budgeting cycles, ensuring effective utilization of the department's budget.
• Participate in talent identification and recruitment, managing and guiding direct reports.
• Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate team performance, and offer regular feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 3PL operations and monitor performance.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven project management skills, including leading initiatives and ensuring project completion within defined parameters.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and budget management.
• Experience in people management, including recruitment, performance setting, and team development.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, specifically covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment as part of a leading local delivery platform, contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth.
