Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Arctech is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves developing sourcing plans, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating with internal departments to meet MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) material requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans for new local suppliers, negotiate quotations, and secure competitive pricing for MRO materials.
• Visit suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships, negotiating favorable payment terms, delivery schedules, and overall procurement conditions.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, including Production, Engineering, and Maintenance, to accurately identify MRO material requirements, confirm specifications, and prioritize purchasing requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong coordination skills to work across various internal departments.

Work Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, covering activities in both Jeddah and Makkah.
