Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Manager – Civil based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Projects Manager will head the construction department, overseeing business development and managing civil construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while also driving new project acquisition and strategic pricing to maintain profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids, applying strategic pricing to ensure profitability.
• Develop detailed project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities through market research, client networking, and industry relationships.
• Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, industry events, and client engagements to build a strong project pipeline and secure new contract awards.
• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction projects, including residential, commercial, buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, control costs, and oversee procurement activities to prevent overruns.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing technical guidance.
• Handle contractual negotiations, variations/change orders, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive business development efforts to secure project volume that maximizes team capacity and ensures continuous employment for the construction workforce.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, KSA, within the Makkah region. The role involves leading the construction department and managing project teams directly.
