About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Public Relations & Sponsorships Officer to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in public relations and sponsorship acquisition, focusing on building and maintaining key relationships and securing partnerships for various events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with local media outlets and strategic partners.
• Communicate with companies and activity sponsors to negotiate sponsorship packages.
• Prepare and present sponsorship proposals to decision-makers.
• Draft and distribute press releases and news related to the company or specific events.
• Organize and coordinate the reception of VIPs and guests at events and activities.
• Enhance the positive public image of the company and manage media coverage.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in public relations and sponsorship acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, with activities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves active engagement with external partners and media, requiring a dynamic and proactive approach.
