About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven RCM Partner Senior Manager (Regional Leadership). This full-time role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function across the Makkah and Medina regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process standardization, and ensuring strong alignment between hospital operations and corporate leadership.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this position is to ensure consistent RCM practices across multiple healthcare facilities within the designated region. This includes improving revenue performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and supporting strategic initiatives. The manager will ensure efficient billing, claims management, collections, payer relations, and overall revenue optimization, while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional RCM operations across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Drive front-end revenue cycle process standardization, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
• Act as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate RCM teams to ensure operational alignment and performance consistency.
• Monitor and improve key RCM performance indicators, including registration accuracy, authorization management, claim submission, collections, denials, and cash flow.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture, reduce revenue leakage, and improve reimbursement outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance stakeholders to resolve revenue cycle challenges and enhance patient financial processes.
• Analyze RCM performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional RCM teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Support organizational growth initiatives, system implementations, and process transformation projects related to revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management is required.
• A medical background is highly preferred for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position with Saudi German Health, primarily based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regional leadership responsibilities covering healthcare facilities in both Makkah and Medina, requiring a commitment to consistent operational oversight across these locations.
