About the Recreation Attendant Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Recreation Attendant to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to maintaining high standards in health club operations and guest service.

Role Overview

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all health club area responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. This involves a focus on cleanliness, facility maintenance, and providing direct assistance to guests and potential members within the Bodylines facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all swimming pools (main and children’s pool) and the entire health club area are clean at all times, reporting any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of sun lounges, ensuring they are free of debris during operational hours.
• Oversee the morning setup of the pool deck, including sweeping, watering down, and ensuring all furniture is correctly positioned.
• Provide direct assistance to guests upon their arrival at Bodylines.
• Support the cleaning efforts across all operational areas of the facility.
• Assist potential new members by conducting comprehensive facility tours and being fully conversant with all club prices and facility details.
• Regularly check changing rooms to ensure they are clear of litter, used towels, and maintain overall tidiness.
• Report any guest complaints to superiors immediately for resolution.
• Adhere to and observe high standards of personal hygiene at all times.

Experience Requirements
