Regional Operations Director

About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee end-to-end operational delivery of Facility Management (O&M) contracts. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role involves regional leadership, accountability for P&L, and managing service quality across all sites within the assigned region.

Role Overview

The Regional Operations Director holds a key leadership position responsible for the comprehensive operational management of Facility Management (O&M) contracts. This includes ensuring high standards of service delivery, strategic financial oversight, and effective team leadership within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of Facility Management (O&M) contracts across all sites within the assigned region.
• Manage regional Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
• Ensure high service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Oversee the mobilization of new contracts.
• Conduct strategic manpower planning.
• Lead and manage project managers and regional support functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in operations or facility management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing regional operations and teams.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and ensure service quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a team of project managers and regional support functions within a dynamic operational environment.
