Almajd Alarabiah is seeking a Retail Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and commercial performance of retail units within its hotel properties. This full-time position, based in Makkah, requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this role is to maximize occupancy, rental income, and the long-term value of Almajd Alarabiah's retail spaces. The Retail Leasing Manager will be instrumental in curating a tenant mix that enhances each hotel's unique positioning and guest experience, contributing directly to the commercial success of the properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and negotiate with suitable retail tenants for available units across hotel properties.
• Manage the complete leasing cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, contract preparation, lease renewals, and tenant onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants aligned with hotel positioning and guest profiles.
• Establish an optimal tenant mix that enhances the guest experience and supports hotel operations.
• Monitor lease performance, rental yields, occupancy rates, and tenant compliance across all locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and hotel management teams.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and hotel operations teams to ensure smooth lease administration.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to set competitive rental rates and leasing strategies.
• Prepare regular occupancy, revenue, and leasing performance reports for senior management.
• Support the positioning and marketing of vacant retail spaces to attract high-quality tenants.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in multi-site leasing and tenant management.
