Diamond Glare is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join its team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on leading an outdoor sales team and driving business development within the commercial kitchen, hospitality, and central laundry equipment sectors.

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the outdoor sales team, enhancing sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities. This position involves direct supervision of sales activities, performance monitoring, and strategic support to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor customer visits, sales territories, and daily activities of the sales team.
• Track individual and team targets, quotations, open opportunities, and sales conversion rates.
• Coach sales representatives, participate in key customer meetings, and address performance gaps.
• Review customer follow-up and CRM records to ensure clear next steps for opportunities.
• Support negotiations and deal closing while adhering to approved pricing, discount limits, and profit margins.
• Coordinate orders, delivery updates, and payment follow-up with relevant departments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, forecasts, collections, and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven sales experience with the ability to supervise or lead a sales team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales analysis skills.
• Ability to organize field activities, evaluate performance, and coach employees effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Experience in commercial kitchen, hospitality, or central laundry equipment is preferred.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to the Jeddah region.
