About the Role

Tractebel is seeking a Scheduler Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position involves developing and managing project schedules for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules for infrastructure projects utilizing Primavera P6/P3.
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded programs, recovery schedules, and progress measurement systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, schedule updates, and delay analyses.
• Support project controls, risk management, and claims analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and client reporting standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in scheduling and planning for infrastructure projects.
• Experience should be within reputable engineering consultancy and/or construction contracting companies, specifically on projects involving roads, utilities, water networks, wastewater, stormwater, and related civil works.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6/P3 (latest versions) for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
