Senior Implementation engineer

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with client specifications and business processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource allocation and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure software and hardware environments for solution deployment.
• Install and configure software solutions according to client and project requirements.
• Customize software settings to align with client business processes.
• Integrate software with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during testing and provide root cause analysis.
• Provide training and create documentation for clients and end-users.
• Offer ongoing technical support during and after implementation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and cross-functional teams on project progress.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of implementation processes.
• Prepare regular reports on project status and outcomes.
• Adhere to Fakeeh Care's values, safety protocols, confidentiality, and cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a similar role.
• Certifications: SCE certification is required.
• Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, clearly conveying technical information, and gathering requirements.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires flexibility with working hours, including potential work during weekends to meet project deadlines or client needs. Travel to various locations will be necessary to support project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities. All decisions and strategies must be aligned with company leadership before implementation.
