Role Overview

Publicis Groupe Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager Communications Consultancy for a full-time position in Jeddah or Makkah. This role involves managing client relationships, developing communication strategies, and overseeing campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Manager will also identify new business opportunities and mentor executive team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client relationships and communications between the agency and existing clients.
• Support in developing and delivering communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Monitor communication trends and oversee competitive audits and reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Supervise, inspire, and mentor executive team members.
• Maintain a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and competitors.
• Develop structured recommendations and presentations.
• Lead and facilitate team status meetings to align stakeholders on project priorities.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and quality standards for projects.
• Ensure KPIs for each project are achieved.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Identify problems during daily operations and projects, then develop effective solutions.
• Write clear, comprehensive briefs for strategy, creative, production, and development teams.
• Challenge the team to develop innovative ideas that support brand and business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of the advertising, social media, and media industries.
• In-depth knowledge of agency capabilities, processes, and tools.
• Strong tactical understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for operational, strategic, and creative solutions.
• Strong financial understanding of budgeting and estimating.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple clients and projects. The position requires managing multiple stakeholders across various clients and markets under the guidance of a Business Lead, Business Director, or Associate Business Director.
