About the Role

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist Oncology to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, field-based position is central to driving the commercial success and promotion of Stemline’s current and future oncology products to both existing and potential customers. The role focuses on supporting patients with new innovations, expanding market share, fostering strong customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the healthcare ecosystem.

Role Context and Impact

This position offers significant autonomy, empowerment, and visibility, providing an opportunity to influence Stemline's market positioning in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist will play a crucial role in tactical execution and strategic engagement to achieve business objectives and enhance patient access to innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans, including key account mapping, utilizing market intelligence and data analytics to optimize product penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs)/Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), pharmacists, and buyers to position the brand as a partner.
• Achieve business objectives through effective disease-state education and by synthesizing clinical insights from peer-to-peer interactions.
• Lead tactical execution by mapping patient journeys per account to secure formulary inclusion and increase patient access to products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on forecasting, business planning, and territory management to deliver comprehensive solutions for all stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company ethics, and local industry regulations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a proven track record in therapeutic area specialization, preferably within oncology. Essential qualifications include strong capabilities in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, scientific communication, and tactical execution within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a 100% field-based role covering large territories within Jeddah and Makkah. The position requires a high level of travel and mobility to effectively manage accounts and engage with stakeholders across the designated region.
