The Role: SMP Administration

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SMP Administration professional to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves comprehensive support for recruitment and administrative processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Perform candidate screening and shortlisting.
Coordinate stakeholder and vendor management activities.
Handle recruitment reporting and tracking.
Oversee onboarding and pre-employment coordination.
Validate contracts and invoices.
Manage compensation and offer processes.
Coordinate CRPO preparation and approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in a relevant administrative or recruitment support role.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to process compliance.
