Supply Planner

About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Supply Planner to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is essential for ensuring product availability on shelves while maintaining optimal inventory levels and high service rates. The Supply Planner reports to the Supply Planning Manager and acts as a critical link between commercial demand and physical operations across L'Oréal's global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine entity supply plans based on validated forecasts, establishing precise inventory parameters for cost, volume, and service targets.
• Identify potential logistical bottlenecks and mitigate shortage risks through collaboration with manufacturing sites and logistics leads regarding capacity constraints.
• Monitor weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including out-of-stock rates, service levels, and stock days, taking proactive measures to resolve supply imbalances.
• Manage inventory health by actively reducing obsolete and slow-moving stock, aligning with L'Oréal's 'L'Oréal for the Future' waste-reduction targets.
• Drive process improvements and implement modern planning tools within the team, embedding best practices across the local supply chain community.
