About the Role

Baytonia is seeking a Systems and IT Analyst to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves analyzing, developing, and managing the company’s technical and business systems, ensuring alignment between departmental needs and suitable technology solutions. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The Systems and IT Analyst will focus on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms. The primary objective is to serve as a crucial link between business and technical teams, working to enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor company systems as a System Administrator, including user management, permissions, configurations, and technical support.
Analyze departmental needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
Manage and develop ERP systems, overseeing their integration with other platforms.
Implement and manage Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Human Resources.
Manage and develop the Magento platform, integrating it with company systems, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
Operate and improve E-commerce platforms, focusing on user experience, order processing, inventory management, payments, and delivery.
Act as a Product Owner by defining priorities, managing the product backlog, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual tasks.
Prepare process maps and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, procedures, and business requirements.
Coordinate with developers and service providers for the implementation of system changes and integrations.
Analyze system incidents and technical problems, identify root causes, and follow up on resolutions.
Participate in system and update testing, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before launch.
Monitor APIs, databases, and data flows across ERP, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to system performance, sales, and operations.
Train users, provide guidance and support, and monitor system adoption.
Maintain system security, data integrity, backups, and business continuity plans.

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in systems analysis, IT management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, Odoo, Magento, and E-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Proficiency in system administration, integration, and problem-solving.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role involves working closely with both business and technical teams in a dynamic environment focused on digital transformation.
