About the Tamayyaz Program and Role

Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Ibis Budget are seeking a Tamayyaz Front Desk Agent to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is part of the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program, designed to equip Saudi talents with essential skills and knowledge for various hospitality professions. The program combines classroom learning with on-the-job training within a defined timeframe, targeting individuals with 0-1 year of experience.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing the guest experience from arrival to departure. This role involves ensuring guests have a positive and memorable stay by providing attentive service and handling all front desk operations efficiently. The agent serves as a primary point of contact, representing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process guest accounts and handle payment settlements accurately.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the guest's stay.
• Take initiative to personalize the guest experience where appropriate.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays through up-selling.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
• Experience required: 0-1 year.
• Participation in the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program.
