Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Technology Financial Planning to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to internal planning and operational support within the technology sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential internal planning and operational support for TIDES consultants and technology solutions. This includes defining requirements for various projects, assisting with outsource hiring needs, coordinating onboarding processes, managing budget planning and tracking, and monitoring the renewal status of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budget tracking sheets and financial summaries.
• Maintain updated records of committed versus actual spend for financial oversight.
• Assist in tracking vendor milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Compile vendor performance data and information on Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
• Maintain comprehensive vendor performance records for review meetings.
• Prepare periodic financial dashboards and support data analysis for internal reporting.
• Consolidate financial information to facilitate internal reporting processes.
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership reviews, providing clear financial insights.
• Maintain documentation related to vendor engagements and delivery status.
• Support the preparation of vendor review summaries.
• Organize supporting materials for governance meetings to ensure smooth operations.
