About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a skilled ******** Developer for a remote, full-time contractor position. In this role, you will contribute to the development and refinement of AI models by reviewing and enhancing AI-generated Vue/Nuxt code, frontend architectures, and technical explanations. Your work will involve producing high-quality reference implementations and providing detailed reasoning for complex engineering challenges. This position is crucial for assessing AI solutions for correctness, clarity, accessibility, security, and performance, directly influencing the quality of AI models used by developers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Vue/Nuxt code, frontend architectures, and technical explanations to ensure accuracy, clarity, accessibility, security, and adherence to specified requirements.
• Develop high-quality reference implementations and provide step-by-step reasoning for complex engineering problems.
• Identify and articulate issues related to Vue reactivity, component composition, state management, SSR/SSG, routing/data fetching, hydration, caching, and bundle performance.
• Verify the accuracy of technical information presented in AI responses.
• Write clear, high-quality technical explanations and model solutions that exemplify best practices.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and the quality of reasoning.
• Develop detailed prompts across Vue/Nuxt topics to guide AI learning.
• Create high-quality reference answers to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve correctness, clarity, accessibility, and performance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations, validating reliability in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards for maintainability, correctness, and accessibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in building production web applications with ****
• At least 2+ years of professional experience with **** or a comparable SSR framework.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting detailed code reviews and enforcing coding standards for maintainability, correctness, and accessibility.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to produce clear technical explanations and follow detailed English-language guidelines.
• A highly detail-oriented and systematic approach, with a methodical process for evaluating reasoning quality and identifying subtle issues in complex UI code.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in modern ***, including Vue 3, Composition API, reactivity system, component patterns, lifecycle hooks, slots, and transitions.
• Strong fundamentals in ****, including Nuxt 3, server routes, middleware, composables, Nitro, SSR/SSG, caching, and deployment patterns.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP, browser rendering, basic security principles (XSS/CSRF), cookies/sessions, and OAuth flows.
• Proficiency in performance optimization techniques such as bundle optimization, code splitting, image optimization, Core Web Vitals, and profiling.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies and tools, including Vitest/Jest, Vue Test Utils, Playwright/Cypress, linting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is considered a significant advantage.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a remote, full-time contractor position. The role is open to candidates located in or able to work remotely from regions including Jeddah and Makkah in Saudi Arabia.
