About the Shopper & Customer Marketing Internship

Beiersdorf is seeking a motivated and analytical Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern to join its commercial team. This full-time internship is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Makkah region, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on connecting brand strategy with retailer execution, working closely with sales, category management, and vendors to influence the shopper journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Shopper & Customer Marketing team in executing commercial and shopper marketing initiatives.
• Assist in bridging the gap between brand strategy and retailer execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and external vendors.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of shopper-focused marketing programs.
• Help influence the shopper journey from initial awareness through to purchase.
• Analyze shopper and market data to support decision-making and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution at retail.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Fresh university graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience.
• Competencies: Strong analytical and creative mindset.
• Attributes: Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn quickly within a fast-paced FMCG/retail environment.
