About the Opportunity

Sungrow Smart O&M is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and plays a crucial role in managing our inventory and ensuring efficient operational flow within our facilities.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the comprehensive management of goods within the warehouse, overseeing processes from receipt and inspection to storage, dispatch, and reporting. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring the safety and organization of materials, and supporting project teams through timely and efficient material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital systems.
• Conduct periodic stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded data.
• Organize items systematically to ensure easy access and retrieval, including appropriate labeling and categorization.
• Ensure that storage areas are clean, safe, and in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and issue materials or equipment as per requisitions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of requested items.
• Document all dispatched items accurately for future reference.
• Identify and report low-stock or overstocked items to supervisors.
• Highlight discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors for corrective action.
• Suggest improvements to optimize inventory management processes.
• Follow safety and security protocols to prevent damage, loss, or accidents.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for efficient material handling.
• Provide regular updates on stock levels, operational issues, and process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is required.
