About the Role: Yoga Trainer, Six Senses Amaala

As a Yoga Trainer at Six Senses Amaala, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts in Neom, Saudi Arabia, you will contribute to a vision focused on helping individuals reconnect with themselves, others, and the surrounding world. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage daily operations of yoga and fitness areas, including male and female changing rooms, in accordance with established standards.
• Support other fitness instructors and hosts to ensure timely, professional, and accurate service delivery.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure from yoga and fitness areas, providing explanations of general procedures.
• Respond to telephone calls and inquiries, offering precise information regarding fitness-related questions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of yoga equipment after each guest's use.
• Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations for sports, recreational activities, and exercise equipment.
• Provide alternative postures and modifications during classes to accommodate varying levels of yoga practitioners.
• Plan routines, select appropriate music, and choose diverse movements for different muscle groups, considering participants’ capabilities and limitations.
• Instruct and demonstrate the correct use of yoga asanas and equipment.
• Conduct yoga classes in adherence to Six Senses Spas standards.
• Ensure yoga areas and changing rooms are consistently stocked with necessary supplies as per standards.
• Verify that all equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards for service and operation, striving to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and address guest feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury spas and health clubs, with a proven track record of results.
• Recognized Yoga Instructor certification, with a minimum of 500 hours, covering various disciplines including meditation and pranayama.
• Ideally, broad knowledge or formal study in anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy.
