About Dallah Al Baraka Group and the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group, operating in Yanbu, is seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is integral to maintaining and enhancing safety standards across the company's operations, ensuring a secure environment for all staff and assets.

Role Overview

The Safety Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive safety services to Dallah staff, property, and facilities. This primarily involves inspecting premises, responding to emergency requests, providing clear instructions and guidance to employees, and ensuring strict alignment with all established safety rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved departmental policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes for controlled work execution.
• Manage day-to-day safety operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Supervise the activities and work of subordinates within the Safety unit to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor safety-related activities and incidents, ensuring required actions are taken in compliance with procedures across different premises.
• Develop and update reports on safety incidents to keep management and relevant sections informed.
• Liaise with fire or ambulance authorities during emergency incidents, facilitating site entry and exit for expeditious handling of situations.
• Investigate and report on incidents to prevent recurrence and ensure the safety of Dallah’s resources.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma Degree in Safety is required.
• Candidates must possess 2-4 years of related experience in a safety-focused role.

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role demands a proactive approach to safety management and a steadfast commitment to fostering a secure environment for all Dallah Al Baraka Group personnel and assets.
