About the Role

Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst specializing in Compensation and Benefits to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time role involves providing expert analytical support for HR programs, policies, processes, and systems, with a focus on improving HR management activities and ensuring compliance with strategic and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various HR analyses, providing insights on HR policies, processes, and systems, identifying gaps, interpreting data, and making recommendations for improvement against benchmark practices.
• Organize and maintain a schedule for HR policy, process, and system implementation or updates, ensuring necessary assessments and consultations are secured. Operate, maintain, and update HR systems.
• Address queries and requests from reporting officers and stakeholders, clarifying analyses, data, reports, and HR policies.
• Participate in planning activities, assessments, surveys, and studies, creating reports and presentations. Provide analytical support and devise recommendations for unique HR issues.
• Contribute to developing and formulating HR policies and procedures, securing approvals, implementing them, and evaluating their effectiveness periodically.
• Conduct impact analyses of organizational changes and provide recommendations for future HR direction.
• Participate in budgeting, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, organization development, compensation & benefits, succession planning, and employee engagement, providing relevant analyses.
• Perform regular performance, predictive, and business analyses, generating reports to support departmental decisions with data and dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of OM systems, approved organizational structures, positions, levels of authority, workflows, records, and SAP-ERP/computer-related works.
• Analyze, monitor, and conduct quality control on functional systems, processes, documents, and records, updating internal control tools.
• Participate in organizational effectiveness interventions, change management initiatives, and support HRIS programs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions. Support process improvement and reengineering projects.
• Analyze organizational, occupational, and industrial data to facilitate functions and provide technical information.
• Coordinate with the HR Information System team on organizational charts to confirm accuracy of job titles, supervisory responsibility, and lines of authority.
• Participate in developing, coordinating, and reviewing competency mapping processes with the Training & Development team.
• Calculate, compile, and record manpower/workforce planning data, estimating optimal staffing levels for short-term and long-term needs.
• Provide professional input on Human Resources Projects and Organization Development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR analysis, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive HR analyses and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and updating HR systems.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, requiring regular reporting and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective HR deliverables.
