About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Accommodation to oversee regional sales depot accommodation and contract employees in Abha. This full-time role focuses on maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality within accommodation facilities and catering operations for Sales Divisional Personnel. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accommodation activities, ensuring consistent adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Conduct regular shift inspections to verify compliance with house rules and company standards, implementing immediate corrective actions as needed.
Monitor catering operations during assigned shifts to ensure service quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards meet company requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and review preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure all facility equipment remains fully operational.
Manage and control the department's budget, optimizing services for internal stakeholders.
Support the Regional Assets & Facilities Manager with expense forecasting, spend analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Handle all necessary liaison and coordination activities during shifts with internal departments and external service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to supervise accommodation and catering operations effectively.
Experience in maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Proficiency in managing facility maintenance activities.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with established standards.
Budget management and cost optimization capabilities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Abha and operates on a full-time schedule within Almarai's regional sales depots. The position involves direct supervision of accommodation facilities and catering services, ensuring a high standard of living and dining for personnel.
