The Role of General Accountant

Asl Al Burger is seeking a General Accountant to join its financial management team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves executing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and data, and preparing essential financial reports and analyses. The General Accountant will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of financial operations and supporting the company's administrative and operational decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review daily accounting entries, ensuring accuracy according to approved accounting standards.
• Manage and monitor general ledger accounts, and perform periodic accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor supplier and customer accounts, reviewing invoices, payments, and dues.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring completion within specified deadlines.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of estimated budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze costs and financial deviations.
• Monitor compliance with tax, Zakat, and e-invoicing requirements as per the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
• Review financial transactions and verify their compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate with branches and operational departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data and the integrity of transaction recording.
• Provide financial analyses and information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
