At Al Moosa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional eyewear solutions to our customers. As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect frames and lenses that suit their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.
- Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.
- High attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.
- English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
