نحن نسعى إلى تعيين فني سحب دم مDedicated للانضمام إلى فريق الرعاية الصحية لدينا في الأحساء. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم رعاية شخصية ومنسقة لمرضانا، مع ضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة في جمع العينات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • أداء الوخز الوريدي والوشمي للحصول على عينات الدم.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول عملية جمع العينات.
  • الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة أثناء جمع العينات.
  • الحفاظ على سرية المرضى ومعاملتهم بكرامة واحترام.
  • التعاون مع الطاقم الطبي لضمان دقة معالجة العينات.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون المستلزمات والمساعدة في تدريب الموظفين الجدد.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير اللجنة المشتركة الدولية وجمعية أطباء الباثولوجيا الأمريكية.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في تقنية المختبرات - سحب الدم.
  • يجب أن تستكمل متطلبات ترخيص وزارة الصحة السعودية.
  • حد أدنى من سنتين من الخبرة في خدمات المختبرات.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Word و Excel.

المهارات والكفاءات:
  • التواصل الفعال ونهج إنساني في رعاية المرضى.
  • القدرة على العمل بالتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية والانتباه للتفاصيل.
