Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting & Expense Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Support the control of stock levels, forecasting demand, and ordering plant materials.
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials meet quality standards by inspecting deliveries and monitoring performance.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain records across departments.
- Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement changes to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder & Government Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders and government bodies.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in developing and enforcing policies.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in administration or management.
