As the Assistant Nursery Administration Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our landscape nursery. This position is fundamental in supporting financial management, inventory control, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication, thus paving the way for efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Expense Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory Management: Support the control of stock levels, forecasting demand, and ordering plant materials.
• Quality Control: Ensure all materials meet quality standards by inspecting deliveries and monitoring performance.
• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain records across departments.
• Operational Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement changes to enhance productivity.
• Stakeholder & Government Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders and government bodies.
• Policy & Compliance: Assist in developing and enforcing policies.
• System Management & Training: Oversee nursery systems and provide staff training.
• Project Management: Collaborate on projects, ensuring proper planning and execution.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain documentation to ensure compliance.
• Guest Management & Official Visits: Organize visits ensuring positive experiences.
• Office Management: Oversee office organization for a well-maintained environment.

Adhere to safety and environmental policies, ensuring compliance and high service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in administration or management.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions.

Job Purpose:
Manage and support the execution of residential B2B development activities by coordinating with third-party partners, maintaining partner data, and providing effective support for international residential sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international brokerage and referral partners, supporting their identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems.
• Support partner enablement activities, including training logistics and materials preparation.
• Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates while ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Prepare operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.
• Assist in incentive tracking and commission coordination with finance and sales teams.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve partner-related operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with partner governance frameworks for international transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Market-recognized certification in real estate or business development is preferred.

Technical Competencies:

• Advanced knowledge of residential market and product research.
• Expertise in business development operations and pipeline support.
• Proficiency in B2B partner coordination and enablement.
• Skilled in CRM and sales data management.
• Intermediate sales performance tracking and growth reporting.
• Experience with partner contract and transaction documentation.
