The Electrical Technician Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join its dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and is central to maintaining operational excellence by ensuring the reliability and performance of electrical systems and equipment across the company's diverse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on electrical machinery and equipment.
Install, modify, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards during repairs and installations.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records and reports.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address electrical issues and improve system performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an electrical technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
