Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking an experienced Equipment Supervisor to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment across various projects, supporting the company's operational excellence in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, or industrial.

The Role of Equipment Supervisor

The Equipment Supervisor will oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of all equipment utilized in company projects. This position is responsible for optimizing equipment availability and reliability by coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising personnel, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. The supervisor will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and maintenance personnel to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily equipment operations and maintenance activities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Manage and lead equipment operators and technicians, providing guidance and necessary training.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance history, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure equipment availability and timely provision of spare parts.
• Identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity and safety.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in equipment supervision.
• Previous experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance practices, safety regulations, and operational standards.
