We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. The Housekeeping Supervisor Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of all housekeeping operations within our camp environment. This pivotal role ensures the consistent cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of all accommodation units and common areas. Key aspects include effective staff management, meticulous coordination of cleaning schedules, and regular inspections to guarantee adherence to stringent cleanliness and safety standards, in full compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff shifts efficiently to meet operational needs and demands.
• Inspect accommodations and public areas regularly to maintain and verify high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Train, motivate, and conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff members.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to housekeeping operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any housekeeping-related guest concerns or complaints.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on housekeeping operations and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in camp or facility housing environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining superior hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertinent to housekeeping practices and operations.
