About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time role focuses on managing Health, Safety, and Environment processes specifically within building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans tailored to building construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project schedules and workflows.
Provide strategic leadership in promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Lead by example and actively engage with project teams to reinforce safety priorities.
Stay abreast of local and international HSE regulations applicable to building construction.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments for construction activities and identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks to personnel and property.
Oversee the development and delivery of HSE training programs for project personnel.
Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability on construction sites.
Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses and analyze root causes.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HSE activities, incident reports, and training records.
Generate regular reports for project stakeholders and senior management.
Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first aid protocols.
Conduct drills and exercises to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of HSE processes.
Work closely with third-party auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
