Eram Talent is seeking a Rig Liaisonman to join their team in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining effective communication and coordination across drilling operations.

Role Summary

The Rig Liaisonman serves as the primary point of contact between the drilling rig site, the Drilling & Technical Department (DTD), Saudi Aramco representatives, and the drilling contractor. This role is responsible for coordinating rig activities, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring strict compliance with approved drilling programs and Saudi Aramco requirements. A key aspect of the position involves facilitating timely communication and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison among the rig site, DTD, Saudi Aramco representatives, and drilling contractors.
• Coordinate daily drilling and rig-related activities with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor rig operations to ensure compliance with approved drilling programs, procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Review and communicate daily drilling reports, operational updates, equipment status, and performance information.
• Follow up on rig activities, operational challenges, equipment issues, and required corrective actions.
• Coordinate with drilling engineers, rig management, wellsite supervisors, service companies, and other stakeholders.
• Escalate operational, technical, safety, and schedule-related issues to the appropriate DTD personnel.
• Assist in ensuring that drilling operations remain aligned with the approved program and project schedule.
• Track the status of rig moves, rig readiness, equipment availability, maintenance requirements, and operational priorities.
• Support coordination of logistics, materials, personnel, services, and other resources required for rig operations.
• Participate in meetings, operational reviews, coordination meetings, and incident investigations when required.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to DTD management.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within drilling operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders at the drilling rig site and within the technical department, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
